全世界通用的機械采油法是螺桿泵抽油,而其常見的作業(yè)問題是泵不能完全充滿,造成生產(chǎn)率低,泵不完全充滿是由于泵的容量大于井的產(chǎn)量或泵吸入口處氣分離不好,一部分泵排量受氣干擾而損失,如果消除泵內(nèi)氣的干擾和控制泵的運轉(zhuǎn)時間,使泵排量與流入井底的液量相匹配,就可以提高效率和降低成本。保持螺桿泵抽油的高產(chǎn)率的具體做法如下:
